DIY Hand-Painted Christmas Ornaments: Simple, Creative, and Perfect for Gifting

Perhaps you saw my instagram reel that showed these crafty, yet inexpensive and simple hand painted ornaments and wanted more details on how to make some yourself. I had so many questions about supplies and process I decided to make a quick demo!

Here's a quick YouTube tutorial along with the supply list that I used for the project.

    Supplies

    • Clear acrylic ornament rounds HERE.
    • Acrylic Paint Pens-My favorite acrylic pens are Posca, click HERE to try out my favorite set. Find my favorite gold leafing pen HERE
    • The skinny velvet ribbon for hanging is found HERE
    • I used fabric scraps for the fun topper. I just cut 4 inch strips about 1 inch wide from 3-4 fabric fat quarters and tie them to the top. You could even use Christmas fabrics like the ones HERE
    • I love using a clear cello bag to package my hand painted ornaments HERE
