This is a live-in person workshop.  Session will take place at 2686 N. Gregg Avenue in the Little Red Caboose at Whistle Stop Plaza, located next to Stone Mill Bread. All supplies are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverage and/or snacks to enjoy during the session. Please wear clothing appropriate for painting.

Comprehensive Course Description + Policies

We will be exploring basic mixed media supplies and techniques while learning to creatively express ourselves through layers of paint, collage and other media.

During our time together, we will:

• Learn about a variety of my favorite mixed media supplies

• Learn basic skills and techniques for acrylic paint, acrylic mediums, collage and resin use.

• Create an 8x10 heart artwork. We will learn about resin and watch a demo, but I will allow dry time for your artwork and resin later. Art will be ready to pick up the following week.

• Learn to let go of perfectionism and express your creativity with freedom by using color and repurposed objects.

This workshop is warm, welcoming, and beginner-friendly—no art experience is required. Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to explore creativity.

No Cancellations or Refunds

All sales are final. Because space is extremely limited and materials are prepared in advance, no cancellations, refunds, or partial refunds will be offered for this workshop.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person, but:

• You are fully responsible for finding the replacement participant.

• You must provide their name and contact information prior to the workshop.

• All financial arrangements related to the transfer must be handled between you and the new attendee.

Non-Transferable by the Instructor

The instructor does not facilitate transfers, resales, or waiting lists. All transfer arrangements are solely the responsibility of the original purchaser.
